These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.risheh.world and the purchase of products from RISHEH ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

RISHEH is a UK-based business operating under the laws of England and Wales.

Our Pieces

Every RISHEH piece is handcrafted and handmade.

Due to the artisanal nature of our designs, slight variations in colour, texture, size, and finish may occur. These variations are not defects, but part of the individuality and character of each creation.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device settings.

Our pieces are waterproof; however, we recommend referring to our Care Guide for detailed instructions on maintaining the longevity and finish of your jewellery.

Placing an Order

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, correct pricing errors, or limit quantities at our discretion.

A binding contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed on our website and may be shown in different currencies depending on your location.

We accept payment via:

PayPal
Klarna
Apple pay/ Google pay

Payment must be authorised before dispatch.

RISHEH is not responsible for currency conversion fees, bank charges, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your country.

Dispatch & Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada.

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail registered and recorded delivery. A signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your package.

Once dispatched, RISHEH is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

If you require urgent delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to assist where possible.

Ownership & Responsibility

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of the goods transfers once full payment has been received.

Returns & Refunds

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused
The item is in its original packaging
The item is in resalable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please log into your customer profile and submit a return request. We will provide further instructions once your request has been received.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Items returned in unsuitable condition may not be eligible for a refund.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs. Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

International Orders

Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by local authorities.

RISHEH is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, imagery, branding, logos, and written content, is the intellectual property of RISHEH.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RISHEH shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or damage resulting from improper use, care, or storage of products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
