Delivery

We carefully prepare and dispatch each RISHEH piece from the United Kingdom.

Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days.
During busy periods or collection launches, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail registered and tracked delivery. A signature may be required upon arrival.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your parcel.

International Orders
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

If you require urgent delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to assist.

Returns

We hope you love your RISHEH piece. However, if you wish to return your order, we offer a 14-day return window.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery

• Unused

• In original packaging

• In resalable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To begin a return, please log into your customer account and submit a return request. We will provide return instructions once your request has been received.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow several working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Items returned in unsuitable condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Important Notes

Due to the handcrafted nature of RISHEH pieces, slight variations in finish, tone, or detailing are part of their uniqueness and are not considered defects.
